The selection and development of trainee solicitors is a matter of key importance to our firm.

We recruit and select number of trainee solicitors annually for our apprenticeship programme, which is well established and highly regarded. Many successful legal advisors and solicitors have come through our programme.

In Noel Smyth & Partners you will spend time in each of our main departments. In each department you will work as part of a team and be given all the support you require to learn about that area of law.
